Currency

• All rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Payment Terms

Full payment must be settled before check-in. Payments can be made through:

• Cash, Debit Card, or Credit Card at the Front Desk
• Bank Transfer
• To guarantee your reservation, a 50% downpayment of the total stay or the equivalent of one night’s stay is required.

Identification Requirement

• A valid photo ID must be presented at the Front Desk upon check-in.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 noon
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Incidental Deposit

• A refundable incidental deposit of PHP 1,000.00 per night is required to grant signing privileges for restaurant bills, room service, and other hotel services. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out if unused.

Non-smoking Policy

• All rooms are non-smoking. A PHP 10,000.00 fine will be charged for smoking inside the rooms.

Safety Deposit Box

• A safety deposit box is available in each room for the safekeeping of valuables.

Damages and Missing Items

• Guests will be charged accordingly for missing non-consumable items or damages found in the room upon check-out.

Visitor Policy

• Visitors are allowed in guest rooms until 10:00 PM only.
• After 10:00 PM, visitors will be considered additional in-house guests and will be charged accordingly.
• All visitors must be registered at the Front Desk.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed.
